In 2017 the local Station Adopter Group were sponsored by the Bristol Group of the Ffestiniog Railway Society to produce Three Information Panels to be placed on the existing station buildings on the Ffestiniog Railway platform at Blaenau Ffestiniog station.  The three full-sized panels can be viewed in full when you visit the station.

Falcon produced six new illustrated composite drawings for one of these panels, showing the transition and development of the slate industry in the area, and the changing methods of transport employed for carrying the finished slates down to the harbour town of Porthmadog, where they were put on board ships for worldwide distribution.    (Please click on each image to see a slightly larger version.)
